Tai Chi is one of the original martial arts, consisting of a series of gentle movements, including stances, stretches and body strengthening exercises.
This art is graceful and beautiful in movement yet the underlying principles are martial locks, throws and strikes. The movements are suitable for all ages young through to old and will strengthen muscles and joints
